Our Approach

The trauma of feeling out of control can have significant and lasting impacts; which undermines the recovery outcomes for our patients. This is particularly true if the patient has a pre-existing condition or significant family history of mental health diagnoses.  

Without stable and strong mental and physical health, we are undercutting functional recovery with significantly higher risks of complications, pain management difficulties, increased length of stay in hospital and higher risks of readmission. 

Alongside treatment, we can assist in piecing together your treatment plan through close collaboration with your treating team. This could include GPs, surgeons, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, any allied health professionals, naturopaths, osteopaths, dieticians, etc.

How To Get Started:

We will call the patient and arrange a time to see them at home, the clinic or via telehealth. Patients or referrers are welcome to phone us on (03) 9972 1763.

If you are unsure if a referral is appropriate, please feel free to refer and we will speak with the patient about their own needs and preferences for care.
